Laura Carolina Mesa Fonseca is the director of real estate law at Pinilla, González & Prieto Abogados. She has over 17 years of experience advising on land-use planning, urban and real estate development projects, title studies, value analysis, land remediation strategies, and structuring horizontal property regulations. Her expertise spans sectors such as construction, telecommunications, industrial, education, funeral services, public entities, and law firms.
César Augusto González Garavito is the director of criminal and disciplinary law at Pinilla, González & Prieto Abogados. He has over 15 years of experience in criminal processes, asset forfeiture, fiscal responsibility, and sanctioning law, developed in sectors such as construction, public, military and police, telecommunications, education, finance, and law firms. Previously, César served as director of intelligence and counterintelligence in the Colombian Navy.
