Jesse Jenike-Godshalk
Jesse Jenike-Godshalk helps clients resolve disputes involving all types of intellectual property (IP), including trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and domain names. He has substantial experience advising on IP disputes, sending and responding to demand letters, representing clients in mediation, and pursuing and defending lawsuits.
He represents both plaintiffs and defendants. His clients run the gamut from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and individuals, and they span a broad range of industries, including food and beverage, medical devices, and apparel.
While based in the Midwest, Jesse serves clients globally, and he has litigated in courts throughout the United States and before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
He is the President of the Cincinnati Intellectual Property Law Association and is increasingly active in the artificial intelligence (AI) space.
