Ogden, Sullivan & O'Connor, P.A. (Tampa, FL) is pleased to announce that Tim Sullivan was recently appointed to the Lawyers Advisory Committee of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals by Chief Judge Joel F. Dubina. Created pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2077, the committee studies the rules of practice and internal operating procedures of the Court, and the rules of the Judicial Council of the Circuit. The Advisory Committee makes recommendations to the Court concerning such rules and procedures. In addition, upon request of the Court, the Advisory Committee provides assistance on matters which the Judges think will be of particular importance to the Bar. Tim will serve as the representative from the Middle District of Florida through October 31, 2013.
