Mark Warzecha

Mark Warzecha is the director of Widerman Malek, P.L.’s Intellectual Property Litigation department. Mark focuses his practice exclusively in the areas of Intellectual Property prosecution and litigation. Mark practices before the USPTO to prosecute trademark applications, including prosecuting and defending opposition and cancellation proceedings. Mark appears in district courts nationwide to enforce and defend cases involving trademark and patent infringement, unfair competition, domain name disputes, misappropriation, and counterfeiting. Mark also prosecutes and defends Uniform Domain Name Disputes (UDRP).

Daniel "Dan" Pierron

Dan Pierron, of Widerman Malek, P.L., focuses his practice on representing clients in the prosecution of patents and trademarks before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and counseling inventors and businesses on various intellectual property strategies. Dan also focuses his practice on licensing his client’s intellectual property and enforcing the intellectual property rights of his clients in litigation.

Melissa Demorest LeDuc

Melissa Demorest LeDuc, of Demorest Law Firm, PLLC, focuses her practice on commercial real estate and business transactions. Her commercial real estate practice includes sales and acquisitions of multifamily housing, hotels, shopping centers, and other commercial properties, as well as leasing. She also handles business mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and other business transactions. She serves as outside general counsel for many small businesses, providing guidance in employment, real estate, contracts, business formation, and other business matters.

Jerome "Jerry" Weitzel

Jerry Weitzel, of Kozacky Weitzel McGrath, P.C., is a trial attorney concentrating his practice in the field of commercial litigation with a focus on construction, real estate, admiralty, employment, and contract disputes. Jerry also represents clients in professional liability matters involving architects, engineers and real estate brokers and agents. He also handles general corporate matters and provides contract review for his clients.

Caitlin Brown

Caitlin Brown, of Kozacky Weitzel McGrath, P.C., received her bachelor's degree in psychology and minor degrees in both philosophy and law and society from St. Bonaventure University in Western New York in 2015. She then began her journey to the Midwest and graduated from Michigan State University College of Law in 2018. Upon graduation, Caitlin began her legal career in her favorite city, Chicago.
