Cristiane "Crissy" Wolfe

Crissy Wolfe, of Krevolin & Horst, LLC, is a business lawyer who focuses her practice on providing corporate and transaction counsel to public and private companies in a variety of industries. She regularly represents middle market companies in transactions ranging from US$5million to US$250,000,000, on both the buy and sell side. She has worked closely with private equity funds in portfolio company acquisitions and capital structurings. In addition, Crissy advises client on day-to-day corporate and business matters, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

Kelly G. Swartz

 Kelly Swartz

Kelly Swartz, of Widerman Malek, P.L., is board-certified in intellectual property law and practices in the areas of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. In addition to protecting intellectual property for individuals and businesses, Kelly also advises them on the optimal tax treatment for each agreement, transaction, and planning opportunity that might affect them. Despite the complexity of tax, she works with clients to give them a plain-language explanation providing clear direction in the client’s best interest to resolve tax audits and controversial cases.
