Amy L. Wynkoop, Esquire is a trial lawyer.  She represents clients in State and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Wynkoop's practice is concentrated in insurance/self-insured defense litigation encompassing premises liability, automobile/trucking liability, professional liability/malpractice, contract, insurance coverage, product liability, workers' compensation, and employment discrimination.  Ms. Wynkoop also has a selective practice of representing seriously injured individuals.

 Ms. Wynkoop is a zealous and detail orientated advocate. She works closely with risk managers, insurance professionals, and corporate employees from the first claim event to trial/resolution to ensure that litigation guidelines are met and all aspects of the claim are thoroughly investigated and properly defended.  Ms. Wynkoop understands that practicing Law is a service business - she and the Firm honor that commitment to client service daily.

 Ms. Wynkoop has assisted with the defense and handled cases ranging in value from municipal court level to up to multi-million dollars.  She has secured several arbitration defense verdicts in premises liability cases; obtained a dismissal of a workers’ compensation claim petition in Pennsylvania; successfully argued before the Pennsylvania Superior Court on appeal; and negotiated de minimis resolution of workers' compensation claims.

 Ms. Wynkoop graduated from Rutgers University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in History with a Minor in Women Studies.  She earned her Juris Doctor in 2008 from Ohio Northern University. Ms. Wynkoop also earned a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2005.  She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Wynkoop is a member of Primerus Women Lawyers Section and is Secretary of the Ende Museum Foundation.
