Benjamin Ruskin is an associate in the firm's Employment Department.

Prior to joining Greenberg Glusker, Benjamin was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Nannette Jolivette Brown of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. He was also a summer law clerk for a major entertainment studio, where he assisted the labor relations team during internal investigations and AMPTP labor negotiations.

Benjamin graduated from UCLA School of Law where he was a Michael T. Masin scholar, received the Masin Family Academic Excellence Silver Award in Civil Procedure, and served as co-editor-in-chief of the Disability Law Journal. Before law school, Benjamin played collegiate golf and still enjoys teeing it up in his free time.
