Robert is an associate in the firm’s Birmingham office and represents clients in civil litigation with a focus on insurance defense, construction, construction defect, professional liability, and transportation and trucking defense. Robert grew up in San Diego, CA, and graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2018 and describes it as the Samford of California. While working summers at JH Ranch in college, Robert made friends and mentors from Alabama and decided to attend law school at Samford University Cumberland School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2022. Robert was an active member of the Cumberland Christian Legal Society. Prior to joining Christian & Small, Robert practiced in the areas of bankruptcy and creditor rights law, and probate and estate law.

Outside of the office, you can find Robert on the golf course and cheering on The Fighting Irish and the San Diego Padres.
