Bart Springel is a corporate and transactional attorney who provides general legal counsel to businesses and their owners on day-to-day corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and employment matters.

Mr. Springel provides a broad range of legal services related to business ownership and operations, including structuring transactions, drafting and reviewing a wide variety of agreements, and preparing organizational materials and policies.

Prior to joining Brothers Smith, Mr. Springel practiced for many years at a large international law firm in New York City and at a general practice law firm in the East Bay.

Mr. Springel is admitted to practice law in California and New York.
