The Internet of Things
The Internet of Things refers to everyday objects that connect, communicate or transmit information with or between each other through the internet. This discussion will identify some of the examples of IOT items and the concerns that arise out of data collection and cybersecurity issues.
Ethical Implications of the Internet of Things
A discussion on the ethical implications that arise out of the use of Internet of Things and changes in Federal Rules.
Artificial Intelligence and the Effects on Litigation
Daniel Martin Katz, J.D., Ph.D. , and Associate Professor of Law at Illinois Tech - Chicago Kent Law, will present on how technology changes the relationship between clients & lawyers, and even opposing counsel. He will also provide an update in how new technologies play a role in litigation practice.
