As an Associate in the corporate team, I advise on corporate matters including private equity funding, venture capital investments, M&A transactions, group reorganisations and employee share schemes.
Prior to joining MH, I was an Associate in a central London boutique law firm, where I trained and gained substantial experience advising clients on a variety of corporate matters and tax approved share option schemes.
My experience includes representing entrepreneurs, investors and corporate clients of all sizes from start-up to large established companies. I thrive being a part of a business journey, from scaling up to negotiating an exit and making sure they are protected and properly rewarded for their hard work.
