Public procurement represents a central pillar of her practice. She regularly advises bidders, consortia, and awarded contractors in large-scale infrastructure projects financed by multilateral institutions, providing legal support throughout both the pre-contractual and contractual stages.

Her experience encompasses hospital developments, highway construction, mass transit systems, water treatment plants, and electric transmission projects, as well as claims management, bid challenges, and compliance matters arising from contractor selection procedures.

In addition to her transactional practice, she advises clients on the negotiation and execution of complex commercial agreements, including construction contracts, distribution agreements, confidentiality agreements, and memoranda of understanding. Her international academic background and qualification as an Authorized Public Translator further enhance her ability to support cross-border operations with legal precision and commercial clarity.
