Carolina Mendeleh has nearly 20 years of experience in Business Law, having worked in renowned Brazilian law firms throughout her career in the areas of contracts, corporate law, and M&A.

Recognized for her analytical skills, multidisciplinary approach, and ability to conduct complex negotiations, Carolina excels in contractual practice and business operations of varying sizes and sectors, advising national and international clients on structuring deals, drafting contractual instruments, and providing support throughout the negotiation process.

Currently, he divides his time between Brazil, Germany, and Austria, working to strengthen relationships with European clients and partners and leading strategic initiatives aimed at European companies with business, investments, or interests in Brazil, offering specialized legal advice for their operations in the country, including advice on international transactions, adaptation of foreign contracts to Brazilian law, and strategic legal support in cross-border operations.
