Jared Koch

Jared Koch is an Associate in the Entertainment Group. 

Jared advises emerging and established actors, writers, producers, directors, musicians, social media influencers, financiers, and distribution and production companies on a variety of matters related to content development, production, and distribution.

Before transitioning to entertainment law, Jared's practice focused on public and private corporate matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, and the negotiation of credit facilities in connection with those transactions. His foundation in corporate transactions allows him to approach entertainment deals with a strong understanding of business strategy, financing, and risk management.

Prior to joining Greenberg Glusker, Jared was an Associate at a top Am Law firm and a federal judicial law clerk. While attending University of Pennsylvania Law School, Jared served as a legal extern for the United States Attorney’s Office of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Timothy J. Savage of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
