Bianca Wolf Garzon Duffles

Degree in Law from the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets - IBMEC (2013). Postgraduate in Private Property Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro – PUC. Extension in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro – PUC. Extension in Energy Law by the Brazilian Institute of Energy Law Studies - IBDE.

Bianca Wolf has been working for 10 years with strategic conflict resolution, always focusing on helping Brazilian and foreign clients in making strategic decisions in order to resolve and/or avoid conflicts. Bianca Wolf has already participated in complex disputes of the most varied natures, having experience in acting in arbitration, administrative and judicial proceedings.

Bianca Wolf works with special dedication to the Brazilian Electric Sector, either in charge of the advisory area or in conflict resolution, having participated in several lawsuits and arbitrations on issues related to electricity.

She is a researcher in Energy Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV.
