Mark A. McIntire

Mark A. McIntire practices in the areas of real estate, commercial, and finance transactions, with an emphasis on real estate development, conveyancing, leasing, and finance, and the formation of various types of investment vehicles. Previously a partner in the business law department of Lionel Sawyer & Collins, Mr. McIntire is a 1992 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Arizona State University Law School, where he served as an editor of the Arizona State University Law Journal and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He is a 1988 graduate of Kansas State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nuclear engineering. Mr. McIntire is a member of the State Bar of Nevada.
