Pedro Bernardini

Pedro Bernardini has nearly 25 years of experience in Business Law, having worked in renowned Brazilian law firms during that time. He has extensive experience advising foreign and domestic companies on entering the Brazilian market through greenfield projects, joint ventures, acquisitions of national companies, or the formation of partnerships with local players. Pedro also works on divestiture transactions for domestic and international clients.

During this period, it accumulated dozens of operations in a wide variety of sectors, such as technology, construction, media, food and home appliances, as well as industrial, automotive, chemical and agricultural, having served a considerable number of North American, European, Asian and Brazilian clients.

Due to his deep involvement with the client's business and his multidisciplinary knowledge of Law, he is also frequently sought by our clients for recurring advice on Corporate and Contract Law matters, as well as complex negotiations. Pedro has extensive experience collaborating throughout the entire negotiation process, from structuring the business and drafting contractual instruments to providing support during negotiations. Because of his vast experience with clients from other jurisdictions, he is prepared to understand contracts drawn up under other legal systems and adapt them to the Brazilian system.
