Mark A. Martini

Mark A. Martini is a partner at Robb Leonard Mulvihill LLP. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duquesne University and graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he also earned a Certificate in Advanced Study of Civil Litigation. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; and all of the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts in Pennsylvania. While Mr. Martini is based in Pittsburgh, his state and federal litigation practice representing both businesses and individuals extends across the Commonwealth. His practice areas include: commercial and contract disputes; extra-contractual and complex insurance coverage matters; professional liability; personal injury; and credit union governance.  Mr. Martini is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. Admission to the Academy is by invitation only and is limited to 250 attorneys who are viewed to be the most exceptional civil trial lawyers in Allegheny County from both sides of the bar.

Mr. Martini has been very active in the Allegheny County Bar Association, and previously served as President--one of the youngest in history--of the 6,100 member Association. He was elected to sit for over 10 consecutive years on the ACBA Board of Governors, and served in many different capacities including service as the youngest chair ever of the Young Lawyers Divisions and chair of the 50th Anniversary of the ACBA Bench Bar Conference.  Mr. Martini also strives to serve the neediest in our community, having formerly served as a Trustee for the Allegheny County Bar Foundation for five years.  Mr. Martini is a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and previously served three terms on the Pennsylvania Bar Association's House of Delegates.

In 2013, the Allegheny County Bar Association named Mr. Martini the Outstanding Young Lawyer in the County -- a distinction given to just one lawyer per year who exemplifies outstanding leadership and distinguished service to the legal profession and community at large. In 2011, Mr. Martini was selected as a "Lawyer on the Fast Track" by the daily law journal, The Legal Intelligencer. He has been named as a "Super Lawyer" every year from 2013 through the present, a distinction held annually by only about 2% of the lawyers in the Commonwealth.  

Outside of the legal field, over the last decade, Mr. Martini has served his local community's soccer association as a coach, board member and association president.
