Garth A. Gartin

Garth Gartin is a partner at Robb Leonard Mulvihill. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, Magna Cum Laude, from West Virginia University in 2001. After spending five years working as a therapist, where he provided services to children with special needs. Mr. Gartin returned to school and obtained his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 2009. While in law school, he was named Most Outstanding Student in the Civil and Family Justice Clinic.

Prior to joining Robb Leonard Mulvihill LLP, Mr. Gartin gained experience in civil litigation while working for other litigation firms in Pittsburgh. During that time, he concentrated his efforts in representing individuals and businesses in a variety of matters including premises liability, motor vehicle accident and other insurance related litigation. His current practice focuses on complex insurance coverage, extra contractual litigation and general civil litigation.

Mr. Gartin is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. When not litigating, Mr. Gartin enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and their Bernese Mountain Dog.
