Andrew D. Shannon

Andrew D. Shannon is a partner at Robb Leonard Mulvihill LLP. He graduated from Washington & Jefferson College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Minor in History. Mr. Shannon earned his doctorate of law, Cum Laude, from Duquesne University School of Law in 2013 where he served as a senior staff editor for the Duquesne Law Review and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Administrative Law. While in law school, Mr. Shannon clerked for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Debra M. Todd.

Prior to joining Robb Leonard Mulvihill, Mr. Shannon gained experience in civil litigation at a small firm in Pittsburgh. His current practice focuses on complex insurance coverage, extra contractual litigation, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation.

Mr. Shannon was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in October 2013, to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in April 2020, and to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in July 2022. He is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA), American Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Bar Association and is an active member of the Young Lawyers Division of the ACBA.
