Luisa Fernanda Caro is a Senior Attorney at Pinilla, González & Prieto Abogados, where she advises domestic and international companies on labor and employment matters as part of the firm’s Corporate, Civil and Commercial practice. With more than 10 years of experience, she counsels employers on individual and collective employment relationships, labor compliance, disciplinary proceedings, employment contracts, and the management of labor-related legal risks.

Her practice focuses on providing comprehensive advice throughout the employment relationship, from hiring and workforce structuring to disciplinary measures and termination. She advises companies on the design and implementation of employment and contracting structures, the interpretation and application of Colombian labor regulations, and strategies to prevent and mitigate legal risks arising from employment relationships.

Luisa Fernanda also represents and assists clients in proceedings before labor courts, administrative authorities, and the Colombian Ministry of Labor.
