Beverly Nwanna represents clients across a wide array of industries in high-risk matters, in both state and federal courts, arbitrations, and internal investigations. Beverly’s experience has included all aspects of litigation, including trials, appeals, motion practice, oral arguments, depositions, and discovery.
Prior to joining Mandelbaum Barrett, Beverly served as a Deputy Attorney General/Acting Assistant Prosecutor in Union County, New Jersey, where she gained experience in criminal law and investigations. In private practice, Beverly has also gained extensive experience in international disputes, white collar, intellectual property, and commercial litigation. Finally, as a former legal and compliance officer with Citigroup, she offered counsel to the bank in regulatory matters pertaining to insider trading, market manipulation, and new developments in SEC and FINRA law and ongoing cases.
