Alan M. Freeman

Alan Freeman has extensive experience in all major areas of commercial real estate. His practice has covered complex office, retail and industrial leasing transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage and public financing, and a wide range of property development matters including the negotiation of reciprocal easement agreements, title issues, and architectural and construction contracts.

Prior to joining the firm, Alan served for 25 years as Vice President and Real Estate Counsel of Bed Bath & Beyond, a major big box retailer with over 1000 stores and warehouses throughout the U.S. and Canada. Through his years working both as in-house counsel and at large law firms, Alan understands his clients’ needs and expectations, and provides incisive counsel that brings real estate transactions to their successful conclusion.
