Mr. Fritschler is an Associate who focuses his practice on the defense of commercial, construction, insurance coverage, premises and product liability, transportation, and health and human services claims.
Prior to joining Lipe Lyons, Mr. Fritschler was a law clerk at a prominent Chicago plaintiffs’ personal injury firm. He then leveraged this valuable experience to transition after law school to defending and advising corporate insureds and their insurance carriers in workers’ compensation and general liability matters.
Mr. Fritschler’s experience developing defense strategies and trying cases before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission showed him the importance of clear communication with his clients, witness preparation, and confident courtroom advocacy both oral and written. By keeping trial in mind from day one, Mr. Fritschler has helped efficiently and favorably resolve both workers’ compensation and general liability matters through settlement and mediation.
At Lipe Lyons, Mr. Fritschler is proud to fully transition his practice to civil defense litigation and represent corporate insureds and their carriers across various industries. He defends through all stages of litigation claims involving personal injury, product liability, catastrophic loss, health and human services, construction injuries, transportation, and commercial litigation. Mr. Fritschler also represents carriers in bad faith and third-party claims, along with providing coverage analyses.
Through his lifelong love of learning, Mr. Fritschler is committed to doing the above by keeping informed of developments in insurance law and using cutting-edge strategies to provide practical, efficient, and strategic representation to his clients.

Education
Mr. Fritschler earned his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2025. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin in 2017 and his Master of Arts
