Benita Yu

Benita Yu is an Associate in the Litigation Group. 

Benita's practice focuses on a variety of complex and general commercial litigation matters, including those that involve breach of contract, fraud, and business disputes. She is experienced in handling all phases of litigation, from developing strategy and managing discovery to preparing witnesses and advocating in court, mediations, and trials.

Prior to joining Greenberg Glusker, Benita was a Litigation Associate at a top Am Law firm. Benita served as a law clerk on the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and, as a law student, was a judicial extern to the Honorable John A. Kronstadt and Honorable Dolly M. Gee.
