John J. Kaltenbach

Mr. Kaltenbach handles a broad range of civil litigation matters including commercial liability and tort actions. He is licensed to practice in Texas and California. John represents clients on cases involving business disputes, property and environmental claims, commercial and construction litigation, HOA issues, and landlord tenant defense. 

John graduated from the Pepperdine University School of Law where he successfully argued in negotiation tournaments and international moot court competitions.  

In addition to defending clients’ rights in the courtroom, John received formal training as a civil arbitrator and mediator. He is uniquely prepared to guide clients through mediations prior to trial thus achieving cost effective solutions.
