Tyrrell M. Prosser

Over 25 years experience handling commercial real estate transactions, primarily leasing, buying and selling, and secured financing and development for a wide variety of significant transactional real estate projects throughout California and elsewhere, including a variety of domestic and international resort development projects as well as more traditional real estate matters involving the leasing, conveyance and financing of resort properties, downtown  office buildings, power center developments, retail stores, apartment projects, golf courses, hotels, industrial facilities, residential subdivisions and Master-Planned Communities, hi-tech campuses and energy projects. 

Current practice also emphasizes all aspects of transactional matters involving real property, including its acquisition, development, improvement, leasing and sale, as well as advising on and assisting in the resolution of disputes concerning real property, its ownership, use, financing and disposition, and in the formation of privately held entitles for investment in real estate.
