Key Professional Achievements

  • Tim obtained a Diploma in Law from the Solicitors Admission Board (SAB) in 1974.
  • Tim was admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales on 14 June 1974, in the High Court of Australia on 1 July 1974, in Victoria on 1 December 1977 and in Queensland on 4 November 2002.
  • He was a Solicitor for the National Trust of Australia (New South Wales) between 1989 and 2018.
  • Tim was the Chair (Legal Services Committee) and Member (Division Council) of the Property Council of Australia (New South Wales Division) from 1996 to 2003.
  • Tim has been a Partner at law firms including Vindin & Littlejohn; Price Brent (National); Price Brent (Sydney) and Eakin McCaffery Cox over the period 1977 to 2022.
  • Tim was the Managing Partner of Vindin & Littlejohn, Price Brent (Sydney) & Eakin McCaffery Cox from 1980 to 2017. After retiring from the Eakin McCaffery Cox Lawyers partnership in 2022, Tim remained as a Consultant from January 2023 to June 2024.
  • Tim joined Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers in July 2024 as Senior Legal Counsel.
