Ana Paola Luna

Ana Paola has been an associate of CCN since 2022. Her practice focuses on representing clients from the maquiladora industry, mainly from the state of Baja California, in Labor conciliations, terminations, and preparation of separation agreements and release documents, review, and drafting of contracts, preparation of meeting minutes, translation of legal documents, immigration processes before de Immigration Office in Mexico, management of permits and licenses, among others.
