Iván has been a CCN associate since 2019. His practice focuses on Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate Planning, and related areas for clients with interests and businesses in Mexico and the United States, as well as reviewing and negotiating contracts between international companies, Intellectual Property, and trademark registrations, among others.
