Carrie Osman, Of Counsel

Carrie has been Of Counsel at CCN since 2012. Her practice focuses on advising business clients in the U.S. and Mexico on a variety of legal matters, including international legal planning, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, trademarks and intellectual property, and the negotiation and preparation of business contracts including professional services agreements, distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, Texas employment agreements, and similar matters. 

Carrie also assists international clients with compliance issues, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), on which she has published several articles. She is also a frequent speaker in Mexico and Texas on cross-border legal topics.
