Experience:

Johannes J. Struck is specialized in IT and data protection law and has spent many years advising national and international companies from the technology industry as well as their customers, including public authorities. For example, on national and international contracts in IT-projects, especially IT-outsourcing, cloud-services, software rollouts and e-commerce etc. He is also regularly involved in structuring cross border data transfer, implementation of data protection audits and advising in connection with digital marketing and data concepts.

He is Vice President of the Intellectual Property, Technology, Media and Telekommunications Commission of the International Association of Young Lawyers (aija).

He regularly gives lectures on IT and data protection issues in Germany and abroad and has been expert in several panel discussions in this regard.

Dr. Johannes Struck qualified as a lawyer in 2010. Prior to his time with Brödermann Jahn, he has worked for a major German IT Service Provider in Bangkok (Thailand) and for an automotive company in Stuttgart (Germany).
