Lucinda is currently a member of the Compensation Law Team at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers and has experience in a wide range of areas, including compensation law, property damage and total and permanent disability claims.
Lucinda is committed to building strong relationships with clients to achieve swift resolution of their issues.
Lucinda was made an Associate of the firm in June 2014. Prior to commencing at Carroll & O’Dea, Lucinda worked at the Tenants Union of Tasmania where she provided legal advice to tenants on their lease agreements.
