Charlotte is a lawyer in the Compensation Law team at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers. Charlotte joined the firm’s Sydney office in 2026 and works with a particular focus on plaintiff medical negligence and public liability matters.

Charlotte strives to provide clients with clear, practical, and compassionate legal guidance throughout what can often be a difficult and unfamiliar process.   • Charlotte joined Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers in April 2026 having completed a Bachelor of Psychology in 2022 at Macquarie University and a Juris Doctor in 2025 at Western Sydney University.
  • She completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2026 at College of Law.
  • Charlotte was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in July of 2026.
