Jeremy is a native of Mobile with more than 26 years of experience in litigation claims involving catastrophic injury, fatalities, and damages, primarily in transportation and heavy industry. He is a member of the Christian & Small Commercial Vehicle 24/7 Response Team. Jeremy routinely defends multi-million-dollar cases, has mediated hundreds of cases, and has tried numerous cases in the state and federal courts of South Alabama.
Jeremy is an active community member and the former chair of the Commercial Transportation Litigation Committee of the Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association. He is a frequent speaker for organizations including the American Bar Association, Transportation Mega-Conferences, the Trucking Law Committee of DRI, the Mobile Bar Association, and the Baldwin County Bar Association. He is the former President of the board of the Child Day Care Association, a nonprofit early childhood development center, which is the oldest active childcare provider in Alabama.
Jeremy and his wife, Rachael, have two children, Will and Claire, who attend college in Florida and Mississippi, respectively.
