David Kim joined Brothers Smith LLP as a Partner in 2025.  As a veteran litigator with extensive experience in civil litigation, he has a diverse background in many of these areas, including premises liability, personal injury, employment, business, and real estate law.  He has assisted in the resolution of numerous lawsuits and pre-litigation disputes through law and motion practice and beneficial settlement outcomes.  He has handled cases from inception up through settlement by effectively using dispositive motions and alternative dispute resolution programs, including mediation, to help resolve difficult and challenging cases.  He has also advised on numerous business transactions in many of these areas.
