Adebukola Ola (Ade) is an associate on Krevolin Horst’s Corporate team, where she focuses on corporate and finance matters for middle-market and closely held businesses across industries including technology, healthcare and more.

Before joining Krevolin Horst, Ade practiced for four years at Smith, Gambrell & Russell as an associate on the corporate team, where she also worked closely with the finance group. Her experience includes negotiating and closing multimillion-dollar credit agreements, handling asset-backed financings for airline fleet expansions, and managing the closings of numerous lease and purchase agreements.

Ade earned a B.A. in French and a B.A. in Communication Studies, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia, and her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served on the Managing Board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law.

Active in the community, Ade volunteers as a committee member with the Gateway Center Atlanta and is passionate about combating homelessness in Atlanta. She is fluent in French and enjoys baking—what began as a hobby has grown into a small business outside of work.
