He has extensive experience in a range of matters affecting employers and employees, including unfair dismissals, general protections cases, restraint of trade matters, professional negligence, workplace injuries, discrimination, underpayments, and workplace bullying.
Outside the law, Tim is a keen sportsman. His commitment to teamwork, leadership and open communication is enhanced by a range of sporting experiences, including captaining senior cricket teams in Australia and England.

- Tim obtained First Class Honours in Law and Honours in Commerce from Macquarie University.
- During his time at Macquarie, he was awarded first place in Advocacy and was elected President of the Law Students Society in 2015.
- He was admitted as a Solicitor in 2017.
