The Securities Law group is comprised of seasoned attorneys who have experience representing businesses with various interests in raising money from investors, creating partnerships and other business entities, merger and acquisition transactions which almost always involve securities issues, sale of businesses, broker dealer issues, employees receiving equity-based compensation, and representing individual clients who wish to invest in companies and purchase/sell stocks.

The Securities Law Practice Group has assembled members who have extensive Securities Law experience, and spend a significant amount of time practicing in the Securities Law area.  Additionally, a majority of the members who participate in this group belong to numerous related organizations and publish articles.

Participating attorneys shall meet one or more of the following criteria for membership:

1. Minimum of five years of practice devoted to Securities Law.
2. Attorney has at least 10 years practicing law where Securities Law is a substantial focus of the practice.
3. These members obtain substantial CLE training, belong to numerous Securities related organizations, and publish articles regularly.
