Amy K. Hunt

Amy’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including real estate, antitrust, banking, trade secret, insurance, bad faith, and employment litigation. She has represented public and private entities as well as individuals in state and federal courts in Colorado, Texas and Michigan. She also has extensive experience arbitrating commercial and employment disputes and frequently appears on behalf of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. In addition to her litigation practice, Amy has advised clients on antitrust matters, including distribution, non-compete, pricing, and exclusive dealing agreements. She has spoken at continuing legal educations programs on matters of legal writing, ethics and e-discovery. Amy has represented clients from a wide variety of industries, including banking, real estate, manufacturing, mining, transportation, construction, retail, and insurance. She has also represented trade associations, municipalities, counties, and school districts.
