Donna Hall joined Goodman Allen Donnelly in 2019 in the firm's Norfolk office, bringing extensive experience in tort defense, business and consumer litigation, transportation litigation and bankruptcy and creditors' rights. With extensive knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code and secured transactions, Donna has handled litigation cases involving warranty claims including manufacturer and product warranties. She has represented creditors, lenders and foreclosure trustees in litigation cases and secured and unsecured creditors and trustees in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases and loan restructurings, and represents insureds in personal injury and premises liability cases, business negligence cases and automobile accident cases.
