Charles E. Morse

For the past 16 years, Mr. Morse has concentrated his practice to the field of insurance defense, with the primary focus on workers' compensation. He has experience in Appellate Law and has extensive litigation experience in Workers' Compensation judicial review cases and hearings at all levels. Mr. Morse has represented insurance carriers, certified self insured clients and governmental entities. Mr. Morse is a 1983 Summa Cum Laude graduate of St. Mary's University. After teaching elementary school in San Antonio for a year, he attended and graduated from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 1988. He served as a briefing attorney for the Eighth Court of Appeals in El Paso from 1989 -1990 and then worked at a general civil law firm in El Paso. He then joined the Texas Attorney General's Office and worked in the Collections Division from 1990 - 1992. He was the head of the appellate section of an Austin firm and gained extensive litigation experience in workers' compensation judicial review cases.
