Herman Chatrath

Herman passed the July 2022 California Bar Exam after graduating from Loyola Law School in May of 2022. Prior to law school, Herman worked in various facets of commercial real estate. He spent the bulk of his time in asset management where he managed a portfolio of large apartment and office buildings. He also managed the non-performing notes of a private commercial real estate company in San Diego with assets in excess of $4 billion.

During law school, Herman participated in Moot Court, where he placed in the top-ten briefs.  He also participated on the Transaction Negotiation team, where he negotiated the mock acquisition of a $800 million company. Further, Herman worked as a law clerk at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office, McCormick Barstow in Fresno, and at Coleman & Horowitt.

Herman works in the litigation and transactional departments in the Coleman & Horowitt Fresno office where he represents companies and their owners in business, real estate, construction, and estate planning matters.
