Lachlan Harben

Lachlan Harben is a solicitor in the Personal Injury team at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers, Newcastle.

He grew up in Newcastle and worked in a variety of jobs before commencing a Bachelor of Laws at the University of New England.

Upon completing his studies, he gained experience working for both plaintiff and defendant clients in personal injury. Lachlan has also appeared in both the Local Court and the District Court in relation to criminal matters. Appearing in court has enabled Lachlan to gain valuable experience as an advocate.

Key Professional Achievements:

• Lachlan joined Carrol & O’Dea as a solicitor in November 2022.
• He completed a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England in 2020.
• In 2021, Lachlan was awarded a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.
• Lachlan was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW on 14 February 2022.
• He is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
