Kelly D. Haywood is Of Counsel to Bivins & Hemenway, P.A. Kelly's practice focuses on commercial and contractual litigation in state and federal courts, including real property, business, and trademark disputes as well as creditors' rights in bankruptcy. Prior to joining Bivins & Hemenway, P.A., Kelly served as a Captain in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, where she was an experiened litigator at the trial and appellate levels.
