Akshay Dhawan

Akshay Dhawan is a Managing Director at Ankura, based in Washington, DC. He has over 15 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing various IT and Cyber risk related programs.

Akshay has extensive experience working with IT and security executives across industries to develop and deliver leading edge solutions rooted with a deep understanding of the organization’s business priorities and goals. He is a trusted advisor to his clients helping solve complex challenges with their security controls and compliance programs.

Jason Murrie

Jason Murrie, like his colleagues at Cornelius & Collins, LLP, is first and foremost a litigator. Since receiving his law license in 2006, Jason has worked tirelessly to guide clients of all shapes and sizes through the complex and intimidating arena of civil litigation. 

Although Jason’s practice has an emphasis on personal injury and other tort cases, he frequently is retained to assist individuals and businesses in matters as varied as contractual disputes, construction litigation, and employment law. A firm believer in being proactive against any potential future litigation, Jason also advises a broad range of clients on personal and business issues.

Marc Dedman

Marc Dedman is a Partner in the Nashville office of Barton LLP with over 30 years of both civil and common law experience. His practice primarily focuses on insurance coverage and bad faith claims, commercial litigation, risk management and mitigation, and mediation.

Marc counsels his clients on the complexities of purchasing and managing insurance and using insurance as part of an overall risk and financial management program. A significant portion of his practice focuses on first-party and third-party insurance coverage claims; insurance recovery and dispute resolution; risk management; cost containment; and crisis management.

Kevin Eddins founded Eddins Domine Law Group, PLLC on January 1, 2005, having previously worked for nearly a decade at one of Louisville's largest law firms. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude in 1991 from Hanover College, and his Juris Doctor from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville, 1996.

Kevin was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 1996 and the Indiana bar in 1997. He is presently licensed and in good standing with every state and federal court in Kentucky and Indiana. His practice areas include Business Litigation, Business Transactions, and Creditors' Rights. Additionally, Kevin is an approved mediator and arbitrator with the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors.
