We are pleased to announce that Jocelyn Ho and Brittany Nash have joined Krevolin & Horst, LLC. Jocelyn Ho will be a part of our corporate and technology practice and Brittany Nash will be part of our litigation practice. Jocelyn devotes her practice to representing growth companies seeking venture capital investment, venture capital and private equity funds, buyers and sellers of businesses, and licensors and licensees of technology and software. She began practicing law in 2012 after careers as both a finance professional and a concert pianist. Her corporate practice reflects the unique and diverse experiences of her life, which enable her to offer a blend of legal experience and business strategy to provide the most creative and comprehensive solutions for her clients.

Jocelyn graduated with a master’s degree in finance from Trinity College Dublin and a bachelor’s degree in music performance from the University of Florida. She subsequently returned to earn a law degree at the University of Florida, where she served as a Research Editor of the Florida Law Review. Jackson, in the United States District Court, Middle District of Louisiana, and for Magistrate Judge Karen Wells Roby, in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana. In addition to perfecting her palate for Louisiana gumbo, Brittany’s federal clerkship experiences refined her legal writing skills and gave her a unique and valuable perspective of the judicial system. Brittany worked on legal topics such as employment, contracts, commercial law, and civil rights.

Brittany earned her J.D. at the University of Michigan Law School, where she was an associate editor of the Michigan Journal of Race and Law and the Chairman of the Black Law Students Association.
