Krevolin & Horst, LLC is pleased to welcome David G. Gentry as Corporate Associate. David joins the firm’s transaction team and will focus his practice on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and corporate finance transactions, as well as other significant corporate matters.

David will be working closely with Douglas Krevolin,Co-founder and Managing Partner, and Gerardo Balboni, Partner, both of whom are recognized by clients and peers for their outstanding legal work. “We are glad to have David join our transaction team and look forward to him growing with us. He is a great fit for both our firm and our clients”, says Mr. Krevolin.

David is a graduate of Columbia Law School in New York where he was Articles Editor for the Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts. Prior to attending law school, he earned his B.S. in Engineering as well as his B.A. in Economics from Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania. Shortly thereafter, David began work as a Patent Examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in Washington D.C. where he was responsible for determining whether claimed inventions should be granted a patent.

David joins Krevolin & Horst from Vorys, Seymour and Pease LLP, a large regional firm in Columbus, Ohio. David says, "I could not be more excited to join Krevolin & Horst. I look forward to using the experience I gained at a large firm to assist K&H's clients with all their transactional and corporate needs."
