October 18, 2018 – Pittsburgh, PA – The attorneys of Rothman Gordon are pleased to announce that Emily E. Town has joined the firm. Ms. Town represents employees in employment law claims, including discrimination claims, wage and hour claims, unemployment compensation, whistleblower, and breach of contract claims. She formerly worked as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Arthur J. Schwab, Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Town has also been an adjunct professor for the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Unemployment Compensation Practicum.

Ms. Town earned her B.A. in Justice at American University and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), and the Western Pennsylvania Employment Lawyers Association (WPELA).
