Mallette, partner, will serve on the faculty of the National Business Institute CLE on the topic of Boundary Issues: Resolving Client Conflicts to be held on Monday, December 13 at the Cahaba Grand Conference Center. Specifically, Mallette will speak on the topics of Resolving Boundary Disputes without Going to Trial, Boundary Dispute Trial Preparation and Litigation and Ethical Considerations.
The seminar is designed for attorneys and other professionals who may benefit from this legal overview including: surveyors, engineers, architects, developers, planners, local government officials, and real estate and title insurance professionals.
